Sweet is okish..adjust the "syrup" part of the cocktail and here you go.. But havana 7 has something else wrong.... And is priced similar to bacardi 8 witch is far superior.

I tend to like plantation more, plantation dark with brown sugar for some character.

It is, havana is the classic go to ( as far as I know and experimented around) At least in europe.
