This is me, to the left, I turned 30. Did a photoshoot and discovered I started getting fat. Started changing, then went on the Hollywood Physique diet for 3 months. That was 11 eggs per day and 300g beef. Huge sallad. And once a week, 1 hour carb/sugar feast. No alcohol. Funny how I’m now going back to 10 eggs a day and lots of beef but skipping salad and sugars and think that is the most healthy and logical thing to do… 😅
Follow up on my egg dish. It looks like this, and I do add one egg yolk with the egg whites for frying, for even better taste. So a 5 eggs dish where 4 egg yolks are raw for breakfast and then for dinner. Strangely, not bored yet. Testosterone to the moon, baby! 😉
I’m on my 8th day of eating 10 eggs daily. I feel great. I have found one of the healthiest and tastiest way to prepare them too. I separate yolks and egg whites. Fry the whites in suet fat, make sure they don’t burn. Mix them with raw egg yolks = creamy awesomeness.
Raw egg yolks = keep max nutrients.
Cooked egg whites = remove anti-nutrient avidin, which gives you more more protein and biotin + better flavor.
