Ok so I'm halfway in and already get pissed at saylor cause he's attacking @Danny Knowles by attributing a position to him that he does not actually hold. Then he's just not honest about the nature of these "treasury companies" that Danny talks about. Danny talks about ones that mostly don't do anything besides taking on debt to buy bitcoin, hoping to make money by this. These companies are absolutely in competition with each other. They are not normal companys like Danny himself that buy Bitcoin from the surplus that their business generates and hold it as a reserve asset. Buying up bitcoin by selling shares BECOMES THEIR main BUSINESS, because they failed at their original business. And there's only so many people and companies to buy these shares. So Saylor deceivingly conflates: 1. Companies that just run the "treasury company-playbook" as a cash grab with all companies in the world that should buy and hold bitcoin as a reserve asset. 2. Treasury Companies buying bitcoin, with normal people buying bitcoin. Sure I am not (really) in competition with you if we both buy bitcoin. If we both only get the money to buy the bitcoin from other people buying our shares, while we both offer the same product (selling shares to buy bitcoin) then we suddenly are absolutely in competition. It's hard for me to put into words what exactly is wrong with the way he twists reality and puts all these things in relation to each other to prove his point when these things are substantially different from another and should NOT be put together like that. Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth like someone tried to overpower you by throwing bullshit at you, not letting you finish your sentences and so forth. Ofcourse the only needs to use these shady tactics because his argument is not sound. So far I really like how Danny handled it! I'll finish it now. Just had to get this off my chest real quick.

Oh boy, now I have to move this episode to the top of my list. Even before watching though .. it I'm pretty sure I'll side with Danny.
