Of course it's not.. I mean the US and the USSR had it in the 40s. All you need is 1940s tech and some yellow cake to develop one. Iran has enough of both. I have been saying for more than a decade, if Iran wanted a nuke, it would've had a nuke. The reason Iran doesn't have a nuke is that they don't really want it.
