Yes absolutely, and even if none more rockets will fall and big infrastructure will hit, just time passing by without certainties of a de escalation isn't sustainable for countries that relate now almost everything from other countries.. They were focusing on turism and real estate and a place were financially elite people would stay.. but if they can't assure safety all goes away.
