Architecture and engineering are both creative arts in the true sense, or, in technical machine learning parlance, out of distribution. Man can do this because he has a ration intellect and can grasp higher order. Machines cannot do this even a little bit and there is nowhere any theory about how we would even begin to to try give them this power.
