I have always enjoyed meal preparations; peeling, chopping, dressing. I worked at a retirement home for most of my teen years, where I went from bussing dishes, to serving in the dining room for dinner, and eventually into the kitchen. I worked with a great cook there for a few years. Nowadays, I am married with two young boys and managing oil and gas construction by day. I have lived in Alberta for just under half my time so far.
