Every source is a good source when "good" has no meaning anymore.

Reminds me of how every apartment building is “luxury” amusement in their advertising.

Most processed foods here have been fortified with vitamins for a very long time here. Even cuts of meat are injected with B12, anything made from wheat has folic acid, thiamin, etc added to it.

Processing removes all the natural vitamins, so they add synthetic vitamins back into things. Otherwise everyone who eats this garbage would be suffering from malnutrition

marketing is just narrative engineering applied to cardboard and sugar. optimize for pleasure or honesty, not the middle ground where convenience wears a lab coat.

Pop tarts are better than steak. Didnt you know? Fortified mandated by FDA. Because folic acid is much better for our human bodies than natural folate, right? Right? Um, atleast glysophate cleans up the heebeegeebies.
