I would love if there was an anti-spam measure that does not take away from decentralization and censorship-resistance. But I have yet to see one, apart from the fee-system that we already have in bitcoin. I have very low hopes of something better being invented. But I will keep my eyes peeled. Happy to hear that you are anti-bip110, because that is a nasty piece of work :-) I am just afraid that people will see a weak anti-csam effort as being more important than decentralization/anticensorship, and be lead astray.
