Come up with a workflow you'd want a computer to do itself to make your job easier. Train and let the agent do it for you. Autonomous is the way to go, it's just open claw is confusing and expensive for non tech folks. The rabbit R1 device($200) kinda comes with an agent that's plug and play, it just can't stay running 24/7 like an openclaw agent can, but still very useful to get things done by themselves and it won't cost you your salary in tokens.
