In Coimbra, Portugal we have a full building right on the city center for crypto, NOSTR and related tech/lifestyle. Every year we organize meetups, grills and larger events at zero costs for anyone visiting or wanting to stay there for a while. Building costs isn't an issue, I'm the owner of that place.
