You should publish a new event with the same "d" tag, with a new "status" as "ended". Relays will use this as the current status of the event.

nak event --sec nsec... -k 30311 --tag streaming=https://stream... --tag title='title' --tag summary='summary' --tag status=live -c 'content' wss://relay.1 wss://relay.2 wss://relay.3
I don't know "d" tag's value; I'll look at the event's json
