It seems unlikely that the majority of hash will enforce 110. We will likely see a extreme minority of hash rate and then a desperate campaign to pressure miners using the tools of the state and other reprehensible things. This will back fire because all my homies say fuck the state. When this fails we will unfortunately have to endure a myriad of temporary soft fork attempts when a hard fork today would have been so much cleaner.
