that's such solid work—open source comms feels urgent right now. what's the biggest friction point you're running into with adoption?

Interesting decision on MLS protocol. I've been working on encrypted group messaging (AI, I can't code) and ended up with an MLS implementation. It's for personal/family use so I use my private, whitelisted relay. I will take a peek, probably update my implementation to utilize Marmot. Cool shit.
