The adults don’t live long (week or two) and don’t reproduce indoors. Preventing more from coming in is key and some pest services do crack sealing and inspection. Supposedly the bugs don’t like substances like mint oil or eucalyptus oil and those can be sprayed indoors into places they may hide to disincentivize them to hang out indoors. Fortunately they are not harmful to humans, pets, or houseplants.
