and they say bitcoin will have diminishing returns based on the law of large numbers. I think the surge in the price of gold tells a different story of what's to come

Agreed. At the same time, I think unit bias as it pertains to bitcoin will dissuade some pre-coiners from buying, though.

Agreed. I think we easily see gold at $10k/oz before 2030. (Probably much sooner.)

The ETFs trade at a share price and not $87000. It’s easier for noobs to wrap their brains around $65 per share. The unit bias problem is somewhat mitigated by the ETFs was my point

Ah, I see. Yeah, that’s true. When it comes to people buying actual bitcoin, though; I think we may be better off moving to an sats/dollar metric.
