During Covid it was the deep freeze in Jan/feb 2022 that actually popped thing in my business. A few chemical plants in Texas had pipes burst and from the day that was announced things went parabolic. Last night there was a fire at a plant in TX and a big Saudi supplier declared force majeure. Today feels like the same order of magnitude as the deep freeze but it’s not clear yet if it’s going to last as long. My instinct is it will.
