Stay on Knots. BIP-110 isn't active yet - you're not running it unless you explicitly enabled it. Once PR #238 merges (automatically included in next Knots release), you'll just update the binary or update via Umbrel as usual. No action needed now. Don't downgrade to Core - they removed your ability to filter anything (PR #32406). On Knots you choose your policy. On Core you relay everything, no config option to refuse.
