it will take a catastrophe for the mob to realise the point of BTC. most people think if they keep their head down, "do the right thing", and play by the government's rules then life will just carry on. I don't think we'll ever BTC as the world currency of choice as it offers incentive for govt rorts. a BTC world means governments have very little power, and the only way governments give up the power the have is by force. BTC will become the underground currency for those that wish to live free.
